A generous 187 square meter wooden floor space provides an excellent venue for our daily complimentary “Yoga for Beginners” program, open for all guests to join, with stunning views over the resort gardens and adjacent rice terraces.

The Yoga Wall
The Yoga Wall is a rope wall system, a method of yoga suspension based on the iyengar yoga traditions. A safe, stable and comfortable system, that allows the use of gravity and traction to improve both your fitness and yoga movements. Benfits include:
- Improve overall flexibility and mobility in the joints and spine
- Builds strength in both the large and small muscle groups
- Aides in the ability to access various muscle groups in poses they are not yet able achieve on the mat
- Offers many therapeutic benefits helping individuals heal from athletic injuries, arthritis, degenerative disc disease and sciatica
